"At just over a 120 pages this is a steamy little read. I enjoyed this story that is essentially told from the point of view of the professor - Ben and is a first person narrative which may not always feel reliable but that just adds to the edgy eerie feel the author gives this book.
While this may be a quick read, it still packs in great characters and detailed world building about Vampire lore as we are taken through introduction of Clove into the fairly efficient and ordered life of Ben and his human consort / acolyte/ blood slave, Sage. It spans a couple of months of this Vampiric triad going from animosity between Ben and Clove and Insta Lust between Clove and Sage to forming stronger bonds together as they negotiate and navigate the unique journey to an established romantic relationship."
